About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Operations Data Analyst to support legal operations in managing data transfers and eDiscovery processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
What Youβll Do
β’ Follow established procedures to identify and collect enterprise data relevant to litigation matters.
β’ Coordinate and securely transfer collected data to third-party service providers.
β’ Assist with file format conversions and redaction of personally identifiable information (PII).
β’ Maintain accurate documentation of processes, including chain of custody records.
β’ Collaborate with legal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance and timely data handling.
β’ Monitor and troubleshoot data transfer issues to ensure completeness and accuracy.
β’ Communicate updates and findings clearly through reports and discussions with stakeholders.
β’ Support improvements to workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
β’ Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
