NOTE this is fully remote.. We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative LLM/AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging state-of-the-art Generative AI and LLM frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, deploy AI solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards. Our client has a team dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance operational efficiencies, customer experiences, and financial insights. As a consulting member of this dynamic team, you will pioneer AI-driven solutions, driving transformation across the organization. β€’ Ensure AI solutions are designed with fairness, transparency, and adherence to ethical guidelines and industry regulations. β€’ Model Development & Optimization : β€’ Design, fine-tune, and implement state-of-the-art LLMs to solve business challenges. β€’ Optimize existing models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. β€’ Explore and apply transfer learning and reinforcement learning techniques. β€’ AI Solution Deployment : β€’ Integrate LLMs into systems and workflows to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and support client services. β€’ Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless deployment and integration into production environments. β€’ Innovation & Experimentation : β€’ Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies, tools, and architectures to maintain a competitive edge. β€’ Propose and prototype innovative applications for LLMs within the context of financial services. β€’ Data Management & Processing : β€’ Collaborate with data teams to prepare and preprocess datasets for training and evaluation. β€’ Ensure data quality, integrity, and security compliance during model development. β€’ Ethics & Compliance : β€’ Collaboration : β€’ Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams to align AI initiatives with organizational priorities. β€’ Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring within the NextGen AI Lab team. Who Are You? β€’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields. β€’ 4-6 years of experience in frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face). β€’ Hands-on experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs and NLP models. β€’ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with REST APIs for AI integration. β€’ Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). β€’ Familiarity with financial services or related industries is a plus. β€’ Strong understanding of data ethics, AI regulations, and security considerations. Preferred Skills β€’ Experience in using AI to solve challenges specific to financial services (e.g., portfolio management, fraud detection, client communication). β€’ Expertise in prompt engineering and iterative development for LLMs. β€’ Familiarity with data engineering concepts (e.g., ETL pipelines, databases). β€’ Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms and recommendations.
