LLM Engineer

We’re currently hiring for our US-based global management consulting and technology client, a market leader in healthcare and life sciences. Headquartered in Illinois (USA) and present across 30+ countries, the firm employs over 17,000 professionals worldwide across consulting, technology, and business operations. We are looking for LLM Engineers for their office (Hybrid – 3 days in office). It will start off as a 6-9 month long contract with possible conversion to a Full time role, else the contract will be extended. Role Highlights • Design and develop LLM-based apps using APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) • Build AI workflows with Lang Graph, DSPy, and tool-use frameworks • Implement vector databases (Qdrant, Milvus, Pgvector) for semantic search • Optimize prompts, orchestration, and scalability for high performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup Key Requirements • 4+ years in software development, including 2+ years in LLM/AI applications • Hands-on with LLM APIs & vector DBs • Experience with Lang Graph, DSPy, MCP servers, and Azure DevOps Good to Have: RAG pipelines, MLOps, multi-cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes
