About the Role
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a cutting-edge AI research team focused on teaching robots new skills through advanced machine learning techniques. What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models on robotic systems.
• Build and maintain scalable, distributed training infrastructure for large-scale AI models.
• Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models for robotic applications.
• Design and implement benchmarks and evaluation pipelines.
• Optimize training workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
• 2+ years of experience with:
• Python and Linux
• Configuration management tools (e.g., Docker, Ansible)
• ROS/ROS2
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
• Machine learning model training and evaluation
• Experience with reinforcement learning and applying ML to robotic systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and training infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
