The ideal candidate will be well-versed in developing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, deploying models at scale, and working in production-grade cloud environments. Proficiency in containerization, orchestration, and modern MLOps practices is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring. Work with large datasets using PySpark and SQL to prepare data for modeling. Build and manage containerized ML applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Utilize GCP tools such as Vertex AI, DataProc, and GCP Databricks for model development and deployment. Implement CI/CD workflows using Jenkins for automated ML deployment and testing. Develop APIs for ML services using Flask or FastAPI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems. Maintain and optimize existing ML pipelines for performance and reliability. Ensure model reproducibility, versioning, and compliance with MLOps best practices.
