Work Location • Onsite at 100 Deforest Ave., East Hanover, NJ 07936 Responsibilities • The Market Data Analyst will be a key player in driving data excellence across our projects. You will partner with our project manager and cross-functional teams – like Finance, Marketing, Quality, R&D and Global teams – to translate data into actionable insights that fuel growth, improve project performance, and strengthen decision-making. • You will own data systems, ensure integrity across I2M tools and reports, and lead data storytelling that enables strong project governance. • This is a great opportunity to drive impact of the heart of innovation – supporting teams to deliver the right projects, the right way, at the right time. • In this role, you will: • Lead I2M Data Tracking and Governance • Manage data from the company's project management tool (Accolade) for project stage gates approvals and financials analysis. • Partner with project management team to set up and maintain reliable tracking tools. • Set up templates and information for ease of use with cross-functional teams • Continuously improve data and governance in collaboration with the I2M US Lead. • Deliver insights for leadership and stakeholders • Analyze and present data on project data, performance, benefits and costs. • Provide updates to leadership related to Mondelez projects portfolio and performance. • Support critical discussions with fact-based storytelling and visuals. • Develop Power BI and Excel report, based on business requests. • Track financial profiles and KPIs • Track ATO timelines, budgets and project KPIs across the I2M portfolio. • Drive transparency and accountability through regular reporting. Shift • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Requirements Details: • Bachelor\`s degree required (Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field preferred) • Data Management and Analytics expertise • Business acumen in portfolio/project insights • Ability to build and influence cross-functional partnerships • Excellence communication, storytelling and presentation skills • Accolade experience is a plus • Experience in CPG companies is a plus Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
