Role description
Data marketing analytics Location: Malvern, PA Hybrid local looking for candidates with marketing experience.  This is NOT a Data Engineer role. Strong comm and financial exp only Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and industry certification required, 5-8 years’ experience and relevant skillset in the subject matter required, has extensive knowledge of subject matter and extensive knowledge of the business • • Certification:- • Meta Certified Marketing Science Professional, Digital Marketing Pro (by AMA + DMI) • Google Analytics Certification (for marketing performance insights) • CXL A/B Testing Mastery (for experimentation and test design) • SQL Certification (essential for data manipulation) • AWS Data Analytics – Specialty (if AWS is part of the stack) • The Analysts that will be coming in will be taking the information from those models and working with business to create new marketing strategies that align with the data they’re receiving from models. • The tech skills they’re going to want are SQL, Python, Excel.  Nothing extravagant, but they’re going to need to be really good. • Need to be solid with Data Manipulation. • A/B testing (and the other testing she mentions in the JD) • Need to have experience working within big data environments (preferably AWS) • This team is the “glue” between the Data Science team and the business side of Marketing. Responsibilities • Translate marketing and business needs into analytical requirements E.g., data, models required to build strategic analytical solution • Establish the analytical framework to successfully deliver business OKRs • Design a robust and streamlined data-lead strategy to drive marketing optimization at scale • Run BAU, proposed and other “what if” scenarios assessments to validate approach and evaluate impact • Design an actionable marketing operations and experimentation roadmap • Build consensus and influence senior stakeholders to gain confidence in analytics proposals • Continuously evangelize analytical and data-driven problem solving, strategic mindset & experimentation best practices across the organization
