Job Summary
The successful candidate will be instrumental in unearthing insights to optimize our marketing strategies and products, as well as monitoring our brand's relevance in the market.
This position requires a deep understanding of statistics, machine learning techniques, and digital marketing data. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying actionable insights and will possess the ability to effectively communicate, educate, and implement data-driven strategies within a large and dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and maintain data-driven optimization models, experiments, forecasting algorithms, machine learning models, and large language models to enhance campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize products.
β’ Evaluate business needs to translate model outputs into tangible and actionable findings and reports for both marketing and product teams.
β’ Establish performance benchmarks across various digital marketing channels by analyzing both internal and competitor performance.
β’ Create, manage, and automate content taxonomies for use in attribution analyses.
β’ Develop and maintain data analytics dashboards.
β’ Effectively communicate and present findings to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
β’ A strong and clear understanding of statistical principles.
β’ Proficiency in coding with SQL and either Python or R to manipulate large datasets.
β’ Knowledge of machine learning techniques, including but not limited to clustering, decision trees, artificial neural networks, regression, and classification.
β’ Proven experience in building custom data models and algorithms to apply to various datasets.
β’ A solid understanding of digital marketing data, including Social Media, SEO, and Paid Advertising.
β’ Experience in creating compelling data visualizations using various programming languages and BI tools such as Tableau and Python.
β’ The ability to solve problems with an analytical mindset and to clearly explain complex findings and methodologies to both technical and creative teams.
β’ 5-7 years of experience in manipulating datasets and utilizing statistical models to extract insights and present them to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with engineering data pipelines.
