β’ Create and maintain dashboards for internal teams and external agencies.

β’ Collaborate with data engineering to enhance marketing data pipelines and ensure integrity.
Agency POC:
β’ Translate agency reports into internal insights; ensure consistent interpretation of performance data.
β’ Implement incrementality testing roadmap with agencies; lead optimization discussions with partners.
β’ Integrate agency data into business-specific reporting frameworks.
β’ Manage incrementality testing with agency partners.
β’ Serve as primary liaison for all analytics-related communications with agencies.
β’ Improve governance and consistency in data handling with agencies.
