Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months Anticipated Hours: 40 hours per week No third parties please. As a contractor on the Marketing Data Reporting and Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing measurement strategies that drive insights into Marketing’s integrated campaign strategy. By refining learning agendas, defining KPIs, ensuring tagging and UTMs are maintained, and reporting consolidating performance from across our consumer-facing performance marketing, social media, web, and field channels, you will play a key role in campaign activations and flighting. Key Responsibilities β€’ Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, identify patterns, insights, and trends, and deliver BI to decision-makers to drive outcomes and answer key business questions. β€’ Leverage data to drive actionable insights and identify areas of improvement in current operations to allow marketing to make iterative decisions and optimizations throughout campaign flights. β€’ Analyze current digital media, social media, field collateral, and website performance to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. β€’ Collaborate with business partners in Marketing and cross-functional teams in data product, engineering, and outside agencies to ensure campaign objectives are clear and aligned on, and that objectives will be measurable through consistent tagging, trafficking, and tracking. β€’ Monitor the integrity and accuracy of data generated by channel and web analytics platforms, and work with partner teams to resolve any issues. Socialize as issues are identified, and provide timelines to resolution. β€’ Serve as the department’s subject matter expert in campaign performance and outcomes, and present findings as called upon. β€’ Design reusable reporting templates and data visualizations. Refine and improve reporting development and data gathering processes to reduce time-cost from cross-teams. β€’ Partner in defining reporting benchmarks, comparison periods, forecasts, and standardized KPIs across campaign activations. Seek to understand the business processes, marketing strategies, and the aims of each channel through discovery during campaign ideation and development. β€’ Develop and deliver reporting to key stakeholders and marketing leadership. Communicate to key stakeholders to ensure alignment with how program performance is framed. β€’ Support marketing stakeholders and agency partners by developing ad hoc workspaces and dashboards for campaign program management as needed. Qualifications β€’ 5+ years of experience working with a web analytics platform and delivering channel level reporting with a Marketing focus. β€’ Strong understanding of marketing strategies and KPIs across the entire client journey and mix of channels. β€’ Strong grasp of marketing channel classifications, tag management, ad tech, digital marketing platform UIs, and UTM tracking parameters. β€’ Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work with large amounts of data, and transform and normalize across varied but related data sets. β€’ Comfort working in highly matrixed engagement models, leveraging strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and interact in cross-functional teams. β€’ Experience tailoring, delivering, and presenting formal reporting to a range of audiences from boots-on-the-ground executors and subject matter experts to senior leadership. β€’ Proficiency with Adobe Analytics is required. β€’ Proficiency with data visualization in Office products, whether Power BI or Excel is required. β€’ Proficiency with SQL is not required, but preferred. Eligibility Requirements: β€’ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. β€’ As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
