Role description
Job Title: Marketing Data Scientist Location: Remote, EST time zone preferred Duration: 5 Months to start with We're looking for a data scientist to support our growing portfolio of marketing measurement and strategy. As a Marketing Data scientist with 3 - 5 years of experience in experimental design, causal inference, data analysis, and data visualization. Must-have: Data Science skills- data analysis, causal inference Data visualization - Tableau Tools- SQL and Python/ R Marketing analytics Good to have skills: Experience working with survey data Responsibilities: Data scientist with 3 - 5 years of experience in experimental design, causal inference, data analysis, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have Marketing measurement experience, Survey design and measurement experience, and Experience with causal inference (marketing incrementality) Experience with marketing measurement - have worked on measuring the effectiveness of a marketing/advertising campaign (brand awareness). Marketing Data Science is responsible for providing actionable insights that inform marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Our primary objective is to use data science to influence strategy, make smart decisions, and execute marketing programs to achieve business objectives. You'll be working on projects to help quantify the effect of media optimization on metrics that matter; analyzing and understanding how channel-level lifts contribute to overall lifts; and designing and analyzing experiments to understand how changes to our data collection methods, primarily surveys, can influence the data we gather.
