Master Data Administrator

Must-Haves for Resumes: - SAP experience (S/4 HANA preferred) - 5+ years of experience with Vendor and Customer Master Data - Industry experience preferred; LNG experience is a plus - Detail-oriented and compliant with processes and procedures Position Overview: The Master Data Administrator ensures SAP vendor and customer master data is accurate and compliant. Reporting to the Supply Chain Advisor, this role is crucial for maintaining data integrity. Essential Duties: - Ensure the security and accuracy of the database; monitor data requirements - Adhere to master data governance and policies - Review incoming requests for accuracy - Conduct data audits and maintain quality control procedures - Assist with internal and external audits - Support vendor and customer management, including setup and changes - Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues - Maintain records in accordance with retention policies - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement KPIs Educational Requirements: - High school diploma or GED required - Bachelor's or associate degree in a business-related field preferred Experience Required: - 5 to 10 years in SAP Vendor/Customer Master Data Maintenance Skills and Abilities: - ERP (SAP) experience required - Independent and minimal supervision capability - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong analytical and communication skills Competencies: - Detail-oriented - Effective communication - Planning and organizing - Thoroughness Certifications: - SAP Master Data Governance or MDM certification is a plus!
