MDM Business Data Analyst

Hiring: MDM Business Analyst / Data Analyst — Asset Data Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Interview Mode: Onsite interview face-to-face We are seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support Asset Data initiatives within an MDM environment. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on stakeholder collaboration, dashboarding, AI-assisted prototyping, and translating complex asset data into intuitive business solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, document, and refine business and reporting requirements • Design and deliver interactive dashboard mockups and UI prototypes using AI-assisted tools • Convert complex asset data into clear, user-friendly visualizations and dashboards • Collaborate with technical and business teams to align solutions with operational workflows • Drive rapid prototype development with minimal supervision Required Skills: • Experience using AI tools for dashboarding and rapid prototyping • Strong background in data visualization and dashboard development • Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles for business applications • Ability to independently conduct stakeholder discussions and translate requirements into working prototypes • Experience with low-code/no-code or interactive UI prototyping tools • Strong knowledge of Asset Data / Asset Management domain in MDM environments. Nice to Have: • Solution architecture or technical delivery experience • Familiarity with enterprise asset management data domains
