Role: MDM Data Engineering Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States Type: CTH Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in MDM and Data Engineering to lead Master Data Management initiatives and build capabilities for business consumption within the Data Architecture domain Job Description Lead the design development and implementation of Master Data Management MDM solutions leveraging deep expertise in MDM concepts and data engineering Ensure data governance quality and consistency across enterprise master data domains to support business needs Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable efficient MDM architectures Build and enhance data capabilities to enable effective business consumption of master data Support data modelling stewardship and lifecycle management activities to maintain master data integrity and usability Stay current with industry trends and advancements in MDM technologies data engineering and best practices Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in data management processes and recommending effective solutions to optimize data availability and quality Roles and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end MDM project activities including requirement gathering design development testing and deployment with a focus on data engineering principles Ensure accuracy consistency and completeness of master data through effective data governance and stewardship Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MDM platforms data pipelines and conceptual frameworks Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate MDM solutions with other enterprise applications data sources and business processes Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on MDM concepts data engineering practices and business enablement Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training to enhance team capabilities and promote best practices Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives Skills Mandatory Skills : MDM Conceptual Hiring Type: C2H
