Title: MDM Full Stack Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 2 Years Eligibility: USC Only Pay Rate: $80 - $85 per hour on 1099/C2C Job Description: Senior MDM Full‑Stack Developer – Data Governance & Monitoring The Senior MDM Full‑Stack Developer will play a critical role within the Data Governance and Monitoring team, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining authoritative, high‑quality master data across the organization by combining strong backend MDM engineering, integration development, and data stewardship enablement. The incumbent will work across the full MDM technology stack—data modelling, data quality and survivorship rules, integrations, APIs, and stewardship interfaces—while collaborating closely with data governance leaders, business stakeholders, ERP teams, and downstream system owners. This role is instrumental in ensuring trusted, governed master data is consistently consumed across enterprise applications and analytics platforms. This is a hands‑on, technical role requiring deep MDM expertise, strong integration skills, and the ability to translate governance requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities MDM & Data Governance • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions supporting core data domains (e.g., Supplier, Customer, Product, Reference Data). • Implement data quality, matching, merging, and survivorship rules to create and maintain golden records. • Support data governance initiatives by translating policies, standards, and stewardship workflows into technical MDM capabilities. • Enable and support data stewardship processes, monitoring data quality metrics and issue resolution. Full‑Stack Development & Integration • Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices to expose master data to downstream systems. • Build and enhance front‑end components and/or stewardship interfaces supporting MDM workflows and approvals. • Design and develop integrations between MDM platforms, ERP systems (Oracle R12 and Cloud), and other enterprise applications. • Leverage cloud integration technologies to support real‑time and event‑driven data synchronization. Data & Platform Engineering • Perform data modelling and schema design aligned with enterprise master data standards. • Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL for data processing, validation, and reporting. • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MDM and integration performance. Qualifications Education Required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of relevant application or data engineering experience Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of professional experience in application or data engineering, with direct MDM exposure • Strong understanding of MDM concepts, including: • Data governance • Golden records • Survivorship • Data quality • Stewardship workflows • Hands‑on experience with MDM platforms or solutions (e.g., Oracle MDM/EDM, Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy, Profisee, or similar) • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and microservices • Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience • Experience with Oracle technologies and integrations (Oracle ERP, OIC) • Familiarity with cloud messaging and integration tools such as Azure Event Hubs and Service Bus • Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing
