Role description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled professional to join our Value & Access (V&A) team within Medical Affairs + Health Impact. This role will focus on providing analytics, operational support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of field analytics, operations, and evidentiary solutions that drive payer strategy and patient access.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Analytics
β’ Deliver field analytics, KPI reporting, segmented channel reporting, and custom dashboards for leadership and MPS teams.
β’ Maintain account lists, launch trackers, activity reports, dashboards, and pull-through initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MABI, FP&A, Medical Engagement) to design dashboards for impact storytelling.
β’ Provide technical support for key V&A initiatives, including omnichannel digital engagement, account prioritization, and access monitoring.
β’ Support database management solutions that improve automation, data feeds, and reconciliation across platforms.
Field Operations
β’ Coordinate field processes including product training, conference engagement logistics, resource management, and annual approvals of medical objectives/tactics.
β’ Act as liaison to Medical Engagement and Medical Program Management to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives.
β’ Provide system support for platforms such as Veeva, Teams, Hub, OneNote, and Playbooks.
β’ Serve as a point of contact for syndicated reporting vendors (HIRC, IPD Analytics, Eversana, etc).
Evidentiary Solutions
β’ Support analytic needs of Customer Research Partnerships (CRPs) and Customized Payer Analytics (CPAs).
β’ Partner with Value & Evidence RWE team to support payer data acquisition and research partnerships.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field; advanced degree in health sciences preferred.
β’ 3+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or related fields within pharma/healthcare.
β’ Proficiency in Smartsheet, Veeva, Power BI, Excel, and OneNote.
β’ Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Knowledge of FDA, OIG, HIPAA guidelines preferred.
Pay Range: $80/hr to $85/hr
