Role description
MEDITECH Expanse Associate Director of Technology & Analytics
Mid-West Client
Remote
Duration: ASAP for 4+ months with potential contract to hire.
Requirements
• 5+ years of MEDITECH Expanse Director-level experience in hospital billing revenue cycle analytics and performance measurement.
• This role leads segments of MEDITECH Expanse transitions, owns KPI and baseline development, and ensures reporting is accurate, actionable, and operationalized.
• Experience leading workstreams within MEDITECH Expanse revenue cycle implementations or optimizations.
• Demonstrated ability to define metrics, baseline data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive, operational, technical, and analyst audiences.
• 50/50 split of capabilities across MEDITECH and revenue cycle outcomes; Epic experience is a plus but not required.
• Contract to Hire or Direct Hire engagement supporting go-live readiness, command center monitoring, and post-live revenue stabilization efforts.
