Role description
Job Title: Project Manager III Location: Morristown, NJ 07960 (REMOTE) Duration: 3 months Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only) Description: Key responsibilities: 100% Remote Approximately 40 hours per week – ideally 100% committed to this role The Project & Data Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating complex, strategic initiatives across the AMERs commercial organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely delivery of strategic programs, and effective stakeholder management. Acting as a single point of contact for operational execution, the incumbent drives governance, data integrity, and strategic communications. The position supports bandwidth-constrained leadership by representing key leads in strategic discussions, ensuring seamless coordination, and enabling focus on business-critical activities. The ideal candidate is a self leader with strong business acumen that able to managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Program & Project Execution • Lead cross-functional project execution ensuring milestones are achieved within agreed timelines, budgets, and governance frameworks. • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project delivery and operational matters. • Coordinate multiple strategic programs across AMERs (e.g., AD/CV, OIE, SPIF, White Space, Distribution, GLP1/Oral Biologics), ensuring alignment and data consistency across banks and consultants. • Leverage stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all project task Governance & Stakeholder Management • Ensure effective internal and external governance structures; align internal stakeholders and lead clear communication flows. • Represent key leads (RBU Head, Commercial Lead, Customer Services Lead) in meetings when bandwidth is limited. • Champion customer advocacy within the organization and foster strong, trust-based relationships. Data & Insights • Manage data collection, alignment, and interpretation across key programs and initiatives. • Leverage analytics tools (Excel, Power BI) to organize various data sources in a timely manner \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Requirements: Experience & Education • 5–10 years of experience in program/project management or consulting, ideally in complex, matrixed organizations. • Demonstrated experience working across commercial, corporate and/or cross-regional functions. Leadership & Influence • Strong leadership capabilities, with ability to motivate, guide, and hold teams accountable without direct authority. • Influential in a matrixed environment; capable of gaining cooperation and aligning diverse stakeholder groups. Execution & Agility • Proven ability to set ambitious yet realistic goals, prioritize effectively, and navigate ambiguity. • Able to drive execution through efficient communication and proactive problem-solving. Communication & Collaboration • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at tailoring messaging to diverse audiences. • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies and clear presentations.
