Join InnerCore today as we “Raise the Bar by executing our C.O.R.E. values.” Role Description This is a contingent contract role for a Metrics Business Analyst at InnerCore Consulting, located on-site in Jacksonville, Florida. MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE. The Metrics Business Analyst will be responsible for using associated best practice services to maximize data collection and provide interpretive metric and analysis across all business lines and minimize redundant efforts. The Metrics Business Analyst will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop/create, update, and maintain databases to track and report data metrics and interpretive analysis from existing and new databases for maintenance, sustainment, and other operational needs, services, and requirements. Additionally, the Metric Business Analyst will provide qualitative and quantitative reports, graphs, and charts that evaluate and measure the effectiveness of appropriate data collection, analysis, objectives and goals including trends, ranked items by performance, cycle times and analytical support for decisions and briefs. Qualifications • (3) Three years of specific experience with business management and analysis including Access, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, SQL and other similar areas and applications. • Proficient analytical skills to interpret complex data and metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both oral and written English. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Bachelor's degree from an accredited United States University or equivalent military or commercial experience in the area of business and analysis related fields. • Experience in a consulting environment is a plus • Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) including preparation and presentation of high-level briefings through the use of MS PowerPoint. • Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Access and SharePoint. • Demonstrated capability of positive interpersonal relationships and possessing a team player approach to problem solving.
