Job Summary:
Nestlé Purina North America is seeking a Business Analyst to support product and pricing innovation through transformational data products. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements, enhance usability, and participate in agile ceremonies to improve data product delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, examine and shape requirements definition across a broad base of stakeholders to ensure all needs are identified, conceptualized and documented.
• Responsible for facilitation and harvesting of core business needs, enabling translation, visualization and development of high-quality data products.
• Assist with refinement of a robust backlog of user stories through collaboration with Product Owner, Architects, Engineers, Developers and Business Partners.
• Enhance end user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability testing ensuring delivery to the end user’s highest needs.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies for the assigned product team.
• Participate in weekly department meetings.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the consumer package goods space.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with agile methodologies and participation in agile team.
• Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen.
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation.
• High degree of comfort in fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Foundational knowledge of how data is used within business processes and its impact on desired business process outcomes.
• Foundational knowledge of data management and advanced analytics requests.
Preferred:
• Experience working with Profisee, Azure DevOps, DataBricks and SQL databases.
