Role description
Job Title: Data Analytics & Insights Engineer.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 24 Months
Logistics: On-site -- Boston, MA.
data engineering, visualization, and CPV analytics to support small molecule & cell/gene therapy manufacturing.
• Snowflake experience (hands-on, building data models/tables, cleaning/transforming data).
• Python (data engineering focus, not just scripting).
• Experience pulling/manipulating existing data from Snowflake (not building ingestion pipelines).
• Strong ability to visualize data and communicate with process engineers (turning raw data into insights).
• Background in CPV (Continued Process Verification) – direct experience or strong exposure in pharma/biotech.
Strong Pluses (nice-to-have)
• MATLAB (visualization + analytics).
• Spotfire (visualization/dashboarding).
• Manufacturing or MS&T experience (esp. small molecule or advanced therapies).
• ChemE or PharmSci degree nice to have (but open to other technical/data backgrounds if tech-savvy).
• Experience with AWS/Azure deployment – not required, but a plus.
Role Expectations / Day-to-Day
• Pull data from Snowflake and other files/tools.
• Clean, transform, and build data models/tables.
• Connect to visualization tools (MATLAB, Spotfire, Python Dash, etc.).
• Partner with process engineers to interpret and communicate insights.
• CPV analytics will be a recurring theme – hiring manager will probe on this in interviews.
