Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced MuleSoft Tech Lead to join our technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of MuleSoft-based integrations, manage a team of developers, and ensure successful delivery of integration solutions that meet business needs and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the end-to-end design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to define integration requirements and architecture.
β’ Manage and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers and integration engineers.
β’ Oversee the development lifecycle, including code reviews, unit testing, and deployment.
β’ Define and enforce MuleSoft best practices and coding standards.
β’ Work with DevOps teams to set up CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft APIs and applications.
β’ Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of MuleSoft services.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
β’ Document integration processes, APIs, and system interfaces for long-term maintainability.
β’ Stay up to date with MuleSoft releases, tools, and industry integration trends.
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
β’ 6+ years of experience in integration development with at least 3+ years in MuleSoft.
β’ Strong hands-on experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, and Anypoint Platform components (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, etc.).
β’ Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with RAML or OpenAPI specifications.
β’ Strong understanding of integration patterns, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
β’ Proficiency in using MUnit, DataWeave, MuleSoft Connectors, and MEL (Mule Expression Language).
β’ Experience with API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, etc.) and policy enforcement.
β’ Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
β’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
β’ MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer β Level 1 (Mule 4) and MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills:
β’ Experience integrating with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and Oracle.
β’ Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
β’ Agile/Scrum project experience.
