What You’ll Do: β€’ Conduct cutting-edge research to tackle real-world AI challenges. β€’ Develop high-quality code and documentation to ensure reproducible and impactful research. β€’ Review state-of-the-art research papers and create prototype solutions that redefine what’s possible. β€’ Publish your findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals, showcasing your work to the global research community β€’ Who You Are: β€’ A PhD holder in ML/AI, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field. β€’ A strong foundation in Mathematics, Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning. β€’ Hands-on experience in one or more of these areas: Generative AI, Parameter-efficient Fine-tuning, Model Compression, Foundation Models, Large Language Models (LLMs), Data/Model Privacy, or Prompting Methods. β€’ First-author publications in prestigious ML/AI conferences/journals (e.g., ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, EMNLP, CVPR, ECCV, IEEE TPAMI, AAAI). β€’ Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, and experienced with Machine Learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, SciKit, NumPy). β€’ Comfortable working in Linux environments and collaborating in a hybrid team setup. β€’ Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
