What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications) • 5+ years of business analysis experience working on the Omniplus Record-Keeping System, • Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation, and functional specification writing. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business language. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail. • OmniPlus Expertise: Experience working with the OmniPlus recordkeeping system, including participant and plan-level data. Preferred Qualifications • Retirement Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retirement plan administration, participant data, and industry regulations (ERISA, DOL, IRS). • Data Migration Experience: Hands-on involvement with participant or plan data conversions, including mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and data mapping/ETL tools for analysis and validation. • Testing Support: Experience developing and executing test plans, including UAT, regression testing, and reconciliation for conversions. • Process Improvement: Proven track record of identifying and implementing enhancements to improve data conversion accuracy and efficiency. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with both business stakeholders (plan sponsors, operations, compliance) and technical teams (developers, QA, vendors). • Project Exposure: Background supporting large-scale migration projects, acquisitions, or platform decommissioning. Why Join This Project? This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact acquisition initiative that will shape the future of our client’s retirement business. You’ll gain hands-on experience with participant data migration at scale, collaborate with seasoned professionals across business and IT, and directly contribute to ensuring a seamless transition for thousands of retirement plan participants.
