Job Title:OnBase Business Application Analyst - GA/NE/NJ/WI Location:Alpharetta, GA (Main), Lincoln, Omaha, Berkeley Heights, Milwaukee Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2 What's the Job? • Design, configure, support, and optimize the OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) system to meet organizational needs. • Analyze business processes and implement application improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user-reported problems promptly and effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and infrastructure personnel to streamline workflows and system integration. • Maintain security protocols and ensure compliance standards are upheld across all application activities. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). • 3+ years of experience with OnBase administration and development. • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and understanding of database management. • Experience monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Moogsoft. • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Clarity, and project management tools.
