Job Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled OpenAI Prompt Engineer to design and optimize AI-driven workflows that streamline the sales process. This role involves transforming large volumes of Excel data into structured prompts for ChatGPT, enabling rapid generation of client-facing deliverables. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenAI tools, a strong understanding of prompt engineering, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and refine prompts to train AI models using internal documentation and Excel data. • Automate the transformation of raw data into polished, client-ready outputs within minutes. • Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic RDPs (recommendation and delivery packages). • Ensure secure handling of sensitive data and contribute to the development of AI security protocols. • Guide the team through advanced prompt engineering techniques and best practices. • Support integration of AI workflows with tools like Excel, ChatGPT, and cloud platforms. Must-Have Qualifications: • Senior-level hands-on experience with OpenAI • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-speed environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the financial services industry. • Background in cybersecurity or AI security practices. • Familiarity with AWS integrations. • Knowledge of Python, APIs, Java, or other integration technologies.
