Job OverviewWe are seeking an innovative and skilled AI Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI solutions that enhance our products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, data processing, and model deployment. The AI Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of cutting-edge technologies that leverage artificial intelligence and big data analytics.
Key Responsibilities & Tools:
Design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based analytical architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Lead data pipeline design, integration, and orchestration using Databricks, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or equivalent tools.
Operationalize AI/ML models, including NLP and generative AI, to drive automation and insights in contact center operations.
Develop and integrate low-code/no-code workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, Atlassian) for business process efficiency.
Collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, AI teams, and UX/UI designers to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Establish solution governance, architectural standards, and documentation to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
Design user-friendly analytics interfaces and dashboards to make data insights accessible to non-technical users.
Implement automation and efficiency solutions that enhance agent productivity and customer experience.
Apply best practices in MLOps, AI lifecycle management, and data governance (preferred).
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both executive and non-technical stakeholders.
