The Role We Need:
PadSplit is hiring for a Data Analyst to enhance data-driven decision making and gain deeper insights into market trends, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.Β This position will support scalable analytics solutions, improve predictive modeling, and identify opportunities for growth on both sides of the marketplace, ultimately contributing to competitive advantage and informed strategic planning.

We need someone who is proactive and detail-oriented that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.Β The right candidate will be comfortable with independent work and have excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Hereβs What Youβll Do Day-To-Day:
β’ Gather data from various sources, including databases, CRM systems, and third-party real estate platforms, and clean it for analysis.
β’ Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders to visualize data insights.
β’ Analyze customer data to understand buying and selling patterns, preferences, and engagement levels.
β’ Build predictive models to forecast hosts and members growth.
β’ Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and marketing strategies.
β’ Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and sales to align data insights with business goals.
β’ Communicate findings and insights to a wide range of stakeholders, from operational teams to C-level executives.
β’ Identify room for efficiencies in our business processes, data collection practices and data products. Collaborate with other teams in ideation, execution and feedback loops.

β’ If warranted, the next step would be meeting our Head of BI for thirty (30) minutes.
β’ If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with a small panel of key stakeholders for one and a half hours.Β For this interview, a candidate would execute a live business case presentation for discussion.
β’ If warranted, the next step would be a video panel interview with our key CX stakeholders for forty-five (45) minutes. For this interview, you'll present the same business case for discussion.
β’ If warranted, then we move to contract!
This is a contract position where compensation is based on the role's scope, national market benchmarks, and the person's expertise and experience.
