Role:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Oracle C2M Developer to design, develop and maintain integrations and customizations within Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). Candidate will bring hands on experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Web Services, and Utility Domain knowledge to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and implement Oracle C2M solutions within the OUAF framework.
β’ Configure and customize C2M modules to meet functional and technical business requirements.
β’ Develop integration components between Oracle C2M and KUBRA payment systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable payment processing workflows.
β’ Leverage APIs, XAI, and web services (SOAP/REST) for external system integrations.
β’ Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
β’ Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and hands-on training for WSSC internal IT staff to build in-house expertise.
β’ Document technical designs, configurations, integration logic, and training materials.
β’ Perform unit and system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support production deployments.
Minimum Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. b.Required Experience:
β’ Five years of experience in Oracle Utilities development, with at least 2 years focused on Oracle C2M.
β’ Demonstrated experience with KUBRA payment processing integration, including secure payment workflows and reconciliation.
β’ Strong hands-on skills in Java, Groovy, SQL/PLSQL, OUAF, and batch processing frameworks.
β’ Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and experience with related Oracle products like C2M.
β’ Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), APIs, XAI, SOAP/REST integrations.
β’ Proven track record in training or mentoring IT staff, preferably in a utility or government environment.
β’ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
