Paramus, NJ (Hybrid Role) • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Write complex queries, PL/SQL code, and Java code to support and customize the CC&B application. • Integrate CC&B with other systems using Inbound Web Services. • Establish and enforce technical best practices and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards. • Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. • Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications thoroughly. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers. • Monitor system services for access, availability, performance, and usage. • Provide production support, including during day and batch run at night (on-call). • Support capital and enterprise projects, including system deployment activities. • Stay current with the latest Oracle CC&B releases, features, and best practices. • Work within an Agile framework and contribute to DevOps practices.
