β’ Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application solutions.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
β’ Write complex queries, PL/SQL code, and Java code to support and customize the CC&B application.
β’ Integrate CC&B with other systems using Inbound Web Services.
β’ Establish and enforce technical best practices and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
β’ Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
β’ Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications thoroughly.
