Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Developer

We are seeking talented HCM Developers to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and support Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to enhance our HR technology landscape. You will work closely with business analysts, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experiences and streamline HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and configure HCM applications based on business requirements.
β’ Implement and maintain integrations between HCM systems and other enterprise applications.
β’ Customize reports, dashboards, and workflows to support HR operations.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
β’ Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
β’ Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of HCM enhancements.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
β’ Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (customize based on your need).
β’ Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and integration technologies (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
β’ Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, talent management, time tracking, etc.).
β’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with fast-paced implementations and upgrades.
β’ Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
β’ Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud
