Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPCM Senior Analyst with strong Oracle Hyperion background to support enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with finance and IT stakeholders in a hybrid delivery model.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 6–10 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPCM / EPM environments
• Strong hands on experience with Oracle Planning / EPCM modules
• Good understanding of enterprise financial planning and performance management processes
• Experience working directly with finance stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid onsite/offshore model
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integrations and data management
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and enhance Oracle EPCM / Hyperion Planning solutions
• Work on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling processes
• Manage metadata, hierarchies, business rules, and calculations
• Support data loads, validations, and reconciliation activities
• Assist finance users during planning cycles and close periods
• Participate in testing, documentation, and controlled releases
• Troubleshoot issues and implement approved enhancements
