Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCC Consultant with a strong Oracle Hyperion background to support enterprise financial close and consolidation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with finance and IT teams to configure, enhance, and support Oracle FCC solutions in a hybrid delivery model. Key Responsibilities • Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC) • Work within Oracle Hyperion / EPM environments, supporting consolidation, close, and reporting processes • Manage financial hierarchies, metadata, and consolidation rules • Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities • Assist with data integration, reconciliations, and validations • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to address issues and implement enhancements • Support testing, documentation, and controlled deployments Required Skills & Experience • 6–10 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM • Hands‑on experience with Oracle FCC • Strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes • Experience supporting enterprise finance users in a client‑facing role • Ability to work independently in a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery model Preferred Skills • Experience with Oracle EPM integrations and data management tools • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
