Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Oracle developers.
• Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and functions.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Ensure performance tuning, database optimization, and troubleshooting of Oracle applications.
• Oversee code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high development standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations and upgrades.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle development experience.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle SQL tuning.
• Experience in leading teams and managing deliverables.
• Strong database design, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
• Knowledge of ETL, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud or Fusion.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
