The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data engineering, data warehousing and analytics technologies.
• Expert-level knowledge of writing complex SQL queries using Oracle.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, packages, triggers).
• Strong working experience in ETL tools like Informatica (Power Center).
• Working experience in scripting and automation using Unix, Python in a Data Engineering environment.
• Extensive experience with Relational Databases like Oracle including being able to implement performance tuning techniques.
• Strong working knowledge of Datawarehousing patterns and Dimensional Modelling techniques using Oracle.
• Experience building scalable patterns for data integration in a cloud-based as well as on-prem environments.
• Working knowledge of Batch scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as OBIEE/OAS.
• Working experience using GitHUB for Source Code Management (SCM) in a Data Engineering Practice.
• Experience working on projects in an Agile environment.
