Job Title: Junior Patient Access Data Analyst
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Location: Fully Remote
Reports To: Senior Business Analyst

Position Summary
We are seeking a Junior Patient Access Data Analyst to support hub services and patient access programs in the healthcare and specialty pharmacy space. This entry-level role is responsible for resolving data exceptions, analyzing healthcare data, and supporting operational improvements that ensure patients can access the therapies they need. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with strong Excel skills and problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Research and resolve data exceptions, validations, and field escalations.
β’ Collect, clean, organize, and interpret patient access and healthcare data.
β’ Use Excel to analyze results, identify trends, and provide insights to leadership.
β’ Document and maintain data processes and reporting requirements.
β’ Support process improvement initiatives to enhance patient access workflows.
β’ Communicate effectively with peers and leadership regarding issues and resolutions.
Qualifications Required:
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred:
β’ Knowledge of hub services, healthcare reimbursement, or specialty pharmacy programs.
β’ Experience with SQL or other query/reporting tools.
β’ Familiarity with APIs or EDI transactions.
