Data Integration
β’ Manage seamless integration between Planview and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HR, ITSM, Jira, Azure DevOps).
β’ Utilize APIs and connectors to ensure data consistency and interoperability
Implementing Planview's Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software involves configuring, customizing, and supporting the platform to align with clientsβ strategic goals and operational needs. The role spans end-to-end deliveryβfrom requirements gathering to solution design, integration, training, and ongoing optimization.
Solution Design & Architecture
β’ Translate business requirements into functional specifications tailored to Planview.
β’ Design scalable, modular architectures across Planview components.
β’ Ensure alignment with project lifecycle management, resource planning, and financial governance.
Implementation & Configuration
β’ Configure Planview modules, workflows, user roles, and permissions.
β’ Lead system migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
β’ Develop custom reports, dashboards, and rule sets to support PPM processes.
Data Integration

Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

System Optimization & Governance
β’ Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
β’ Promote adoption of Planview best practices and continuous improvement.
β’ Govern user access, change management, and configuration control.
Testing & Support
β’ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities.
β’ Resolve post-go-live incidents, service requests, and change requests.
Key Skills & Experience
β’ Proven hands-on experience with Planview PPM tools and modules.
β’ Deep understanding of PPM principles: project lifecycle, resource and capacity planning.
β’ Proficiency in data integration technologies (APIs, connectors).
β’ Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
β’ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools such as Jira.
