About The Role
Are you excited about the intersection of AI and platform engineering? Want to play a key role in building smart, self-learning systems that make engineers lives easier?
We re looking for a Platform Support AI Trainer to join our Platform Engineering team. You ll help train and shape our internal AI assistant aka Copilot so it can provide accurate, helpful answers to our engineers working with tools like OutSystems, AutoRABIT, and Azure API Management (APIM).
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work will directly improve day-to-day support, onboarding, and issue resolution across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Organizing and feeding internal knowledge (docs, tickets, SOPs) into the AI system
β’ Working with platform experts to verify and fine-tune Copilot s responses
β’ Creating smart prompt templates for common engineering tasks
β’ Monitoring how Copilot performs and helping it get better over time
β’ Keeping things clean and compliant with data governance and security standards
β’ Making the AI assistant a go-to teammate for everyone in Platform Engineering
We re Looking For
β’ 3+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or technical documentation
β’ Familiarity with tools like OutSystems, AutoRABIT, Azure APIM, or similar platforms
β’ Bonus: experience with AI/ML tools, prompt engineering, or knowledge management
β’ Strong skills in communication, organization, and technical writing
β’ Someone who enjoys solving problems and improving processes through automation
Our AI Rollout Plan (What You'll Be Part Of)
Phase 1: Get started audit docs, set up tagging, and secure access
Phase 2: Feed the AI train Copilot with internal and vendor knowledge
Phase 3: Pilot test with real engineers, get feedback
Phase 4: Optimize tune the AI, add feedback loops
Phase 5: Keep it fresh monthly updates, quarterly reviews, yearly retraining
