We are looking for a Power BI Developer / Reporting Analyst to support the Project Controls Analyst team by designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power BI, SAP data sources, SharePoint administration, and advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into operational performance and trends.
Extract and analyze data from SAP and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) systems.
Work closely with Project Controls stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting and analytics outputs.
Provide training and support to team members on Power BI tools and best practices.
Develop advanced reporting and dashboards for leadership, Director, and VP-level stakeholders.
Manage and administer document management tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams.
Simplify and improve SharePoint resource pages.
Participate in analytics strategy development and project planning.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Power BI development or business intelligence reporting.
Strong experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
Experience working with SAP, SAP BW, or similar enterprise data sources.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, graphs).
Experience with SharePoint administration including permissions and site collections.
Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Maxavera (as data sources).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting Project Controls or Project Management teams.
Strong data visualization and analytics skills.
Experience working in large enterprise or utility environments.
