Children's Services - Local Authority
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join the Performance Team at the local authority in Children's Services. This role is key to developing a dynamic insight report for the Commissioning Improvement Board.
Key Details:
β’ 8-week initial contract
β’ 37 hours per week
β’ Hybrid working: minimum 1-2 days per week in the office
Main Responsibilities:
β’ Design, model and deliver data analytics and insights using Power BI
β’ Create accessible, user-friendly dashboards that meet service needs
β’ Work closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting is fit for purpose
β’ Use own initiative to deliver results, while collaborating effectively within a team
Essential Skills & Experience:
β’ Strong experience in Power BI, SQL Server, Azure and Microsoft Office
β’ Proven background in Children's Services, particularly children in care
β’ Solid technical and analytical skills
β’ Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively
Desirable:
β’ Familiarity with Mosaic
β’ Experience with additional data visualisation tools
