Are you a seasoned Power BI Developer or MI Analyst with a proven track record of building complex dashboards and reports at scale? We're looking for a Power BI specialist to support a major transformation project involving the migration of hundreds of reports from a bespoke web-based platform into a modern BI environment. 🛠 What You'll Be Doing Designing and building high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights Collaborating with finance, operational, and data teams to define reporting requirements Tackling challenges with data gaps, formatting, and advanced visualisation needs Delivering reporting solutions at volume, under tight deadlines 🔍 What We're Looking For Solid experience in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling Strong SQL skills and comfort working with complex datasets A background in delivering reporting in fast-paced, enterprise environments A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with the ability to hit the ground running Experience with Azure, SSIS, Python, or legacy system migrations is a bonus
