Role description
Job Title: Power Platform Administrator / Product Support Analyst Location: Remote across USA Duration: Contract Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator to lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. This role will also focus on AI administration, Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, and Dynamics 365 CRM management and enhancement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Power Platform tools, including Copilot Studio, Power BI, Canvas apps, and Dynamics 365 CRM, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities: Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform β€’ Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform. β€’ Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs. β€’ Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions. AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot β€’ Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring. β€’ Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and Microsoft 365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals. β€’ Provide expertise in Copilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: β€’ 8+ years of hands-on experience customizing entities, workflows, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with Power Platform tools. β€’ 8+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications. β€’ 5+ years of experience in data visualization and data modeling using Power BI. β€’ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features. β€’ 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory. β€’ Strong understanding of Power Platform CoE toolkit, including upgrades and troubleshooting. β€’ Proficiency in building user-friendly and functional Canvas apps. β€’ Solid knowledge of Azure Analytics and related services. Work Details: β€’ Location: 100% Remote, within the United States. β€’ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (may require occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays). β€’ Duration: 09/15/2025 – 08/31/2026 (with possible extension). β€’ Hours: Up to 1968 hours over the contract period.
