Power Platform Developer with Copilot

Role: Power Platform Developer (Copilot Studio) Location: San Antonio, TX/ Findlay, OH (4 days of a week Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract • Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, with emphasis on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and supporting Copilot Studio agents in an enterprise environment • Solid understanding of enterprise ALM and SDLC practices, including environment strategy, source control, solution packaging, deployments, and change management • Experience operating within regulated or controlled environments where auditability, approvals, and rollback matter • Proven experience working with Power Platform connectors, including creating and managing custom connectors • Experience integrating with Tier 1 enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR, identity, ticketing, or finance platforms) • Comfort navigating API documentation, authentication patterns, and data security considerations • Ability to work within defined guardrails while still moving quickly • Strong documentation habits to support supportability, handoff, and audit needs • Clear communication and collaboration with internal teams and vendors
