Role description
Power Platform Developer β€’ Remote β€’ 3+ months β€’ Power Platform Certifications are a huge plus! Project Overview β€’ Seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design and build a comprehensive customer service portal using Power Pages and Power BI. β€’ This role will deliver a self-service platform that enables customers to complete product registrations, setup subscriptions, reorder products, track compliance status across different levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Technical Development β€’ Configure Power Pages environment and security settings β€’ Design Dataverse data model and interaction with D365 systems β€’ Develop custom forms, views, and portal components Project Execution β€’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements β€’ Provide regular project updates and demonstrations β€’ Conduct user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback Required Qualifications Technical Expertise β€’ 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience β€’ Advanced proficiency in Power Pages portal development β€’ Strong experience with Dataverse entity design and relationships β€’ Experience with D365 F&O and CRM using Power Platform β€’ Experience with customer portals using Power Platform Project Experience β€’ Proven track record delivering customer-facing portal solutions β€’ Experience with CRM integrations (Dynamics 365 preferred) β€’ Understanding of security best practices for external portals β€’ Experience with user authentication and access management Preferred Qualifications β€’ Microsoft Power Platform certifications β€’ Previous customer service portal development experience β€’ Knowledge of Azure Active Directory B2C β€’ Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics
