Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with advanced expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize Power Apps solutions to improve operational efficiency • Build and manage custom connectors for integration with external systems • Implement governance, security, and compliance standards across the Power Platform • Manage multiple environments, monitor usage, and optimize applications • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training/support • Apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices for solution deployment • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Present solutions and updates to directors and business stakeholders Technical Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Proficiency in building Canvas apps and optimizing performance • Experience with data architecture and Dataverse, SQL Server, or SharePoint • Knowledge of ALM practices, source control, and deployment pipelines • Experience developing and managing custom connectors • Strong understanding of governance, security, and DLP policies • Familiarity with environment management and role-based access control • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Skills: • Experience with Model-Driven apps • Familiarity with SQL and API integration • Knowledge of Power Platform CoE and governance best practices • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for development lifecycle management • Strong UI/UX design principles
