Job Summary We are looking for a Power Platform Developer with expertise in Copilot Studio and AI Hub to join an established client in maturing their AI environment. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, innovative problem-solver with strong low-code development skills and a passion for AI-driven business transformation. This role will be central to our agentic architecture strategy, leveraging reusable agents to drive agility and innovation across multiple business domains. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design & Deploy Intelligent Copilots: Build and launch custom copilots using Copilot Studio, including topics, triggers, multi-turn dialogues, and system integrations. β€’ Integrate with Enterprise Systems: Connect solutions with Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, and external APIs to create seamless workflows. β€’ Leverage AI Hub Components: Implement AI Builder for document intelligence/OCR, prompt engineering for generative workflows, and LLM orchestration (GPT-4/5 with fallback logic). β€’ Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with AI architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable agentic solutions aligned with enterprise goals. β€’ Accelerate Adoption: Develop reusable templates, components, and best practices to streamline enterprise-wide Power Platform adoption. β€’ Ensure Compliance & Security: Apply responsible AI, governance, and security standards in all solutions. β€’ Stay Ahead of Innovation: Monitor advancements in Power Platform (Generative Pages, Dataverse MCP Server, Autonomous Agents) to continuously evolve capabilities. Requirements β€’ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent professional experience. β€’ Experience: β€’ 3+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages). β€’ 1+ years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (building intelligent agents, integrating enterprise systems). β€’ Skills: β€’ Strong knowledge of AI Hub components: AI Builder, prompt orchestration, document intelligence, and LLM integration. β€’ Proficiency with Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Blob Storage. β€’ Familiarity with event-driven architecture and Azure function apps. β€’ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable low-code solutions. β€’ Other: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with Power Fx, adaptive cards, and custom connectors. β€’ Familiarity with Copilot Studio Kit. β€’ Knowledge of M365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, and Power BI integrations. β€’ Exposure to vendor evaluation, human-in-the-loop design, and feedback-driven development.
