🚀 Hiring: Principal AI Transformation Architect – GCP (CIO Advisory & GenAI Strategy) 📍 Location: Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid) 📄 Contract: Long-Term 💡 About the Role We are looking for a senior, client-facing AI leader who can work directly with CIOs/CEOs, drive AI strategy, and translate business challenges into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This is not just a technical role — it’s a strategic transformation position where you will influence business decisions, lead AI adoption, and architect next-generation Data & Generative AI platforms. 🎯 What You’ll Do 🔹 AI Strategy & Executive Advisory (Critical) • Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to define AI strategy and roadmap • Conduct GAP analysis to identify inefficiencies and transformation opportunities • Drive business process improvement using AI-led solutions • Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise AI adoption 🔹 AI / GenAI Architecture • Design and implement Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, conversational AI) • Build and evaluate Agentic AI systems and automation workflows • Architect scalable ML/AI platforms with MLOps and monitoring 🔹 Data Platform & GCP Leadership • Design end-to-end data architectures (lakehouse, real-time & batch pipelines) • Lead implementations using BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub • Ensure best practices in security, governance, and cost optimization 🔹 Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership • Lead client workshops, PoCs, and solution discussions • Align business, data, and engineering teams • Mentor architects, engineers, and data scientists ✅ What We’re Looking For 🔸 Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) • Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders (CIO/CEO/CTO) • Strong background in: • AI Strategy & Digital Transformation • GAP Analysis & Business Process Improvement • Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions • Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles 🔸 Technical Expertise • Strong experience in Data Architecture & Data Platforms • Hands-on with GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Looker) • Deep understanding of Generative AI (LLMs, RAG) & Agentic AI • Experience with MLOps, Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka ⭐ Nice to Have • GCP Certifications (Professional Data Engineer / ML Engineer / Cloud Architect) • Experience in enterprise consulting firms • Strong executive communication & presentation skills 🌟 Why Join Us? • Work directly with executive leadership on high-impact initiatives • Lead enterprise-scale AI transformations • Exposure to cutting-edge GenAI & Agentic AI systems • Long-term, stable contract with strategic influence
