This role will focus on measurement and causal analysis, with the goal of informing strategic business decisions and enhancing overall performance. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing experiments that evaluate the business contributions of AI models, thereby playing a key part in the organization’s technological advancement. Key Responsibilities • A robust technical background in data science is crucial, along with the capacity to manage end-to-end model development and to influence team strategies well beyond personal contributions. • Key responsibilities will include refining pricing strategies and managing budgets effectively. • Candidates should have significant experience in the digital transformation of product offerings. • The role also entails synthesizing complex datasets into actionable insights that drive operational improvement. • Working across multiple functions to support optimization and monetization • Strong critical thinking and supporting creativity and innovation in model building Requirements • Prior experience in the retail or consumer goods sector is preferred, though exceptional critical thinking skills may offset a lack of industry background. • The organization Favors self-motivated, accountable individuals who are naturally curious and possess the ability to innovate while addressing challenges autonomously. • Expertise in causal analysis within operational settings is essential. • Substantial experience in pricing strategies and forecasting is required. • Must have strong build experience and delivered multiple end-to-end enterprise models • The ideal candidate would have experience in agentic environments, including Gen AI, transformer models, and RAG • The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in developing models throughout the project lifecycle. • A solid understanding of the responsibilities associated with this position is crucial, and understanding the impacts of the business at this Principal level is essential.
