📍 Location: Smithfield, RI or Merrimack, NH (Hybrid – every other week onsite)

Join a brand-new Data Squad focused on delivering high-impact solutions in the Wealth Management space. We're looking for a Principal Systems Data Analyst with deep experience in data modeling, API design, and cloud-based solutions (AWS preferred).
💼 What You’ll Do
• Work in a fast-paced Agile environment, supporting both legacy and emerging managed/advisory solutions.
• Drive analysis, documentation, and user stories for APIs, data stores, UI/UX workflows, and process automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and business teams to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead solutioning discussions, test case reviews, and contribute to long-term platform evolution.
🧠 What You Bring
✔ 8–10+ years of systems/data analysis experience in IT (financial services a plus)
✔ Hands-on with Oracle/Postgres or other relational databases
✔ Strong understanding of API development, AWS/cloud implementation, and data design
✔ Familiarity with UI/UX, workflow automation, and Snowflake preferred
✔ Skilled in writing clear, actionable user stories and performing systems impact analysis
✔ Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban)
✔ Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities
