Overview:
A global organization is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support Procurement Operational Excellence and core procurement systems in a full-time, onsite contract role. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable working across multiple enterprise platforms while improving procurement data quality, contract completeness, and end-user support.
The Procurement Analyst will play a hands-on role in contract lifecycle management (CLM) data cleansing, contract validation, and system support across source-to-contract and supplier management tools. This role is critical in ensuring procurement records are accurate, complete, and usable for reporting, compliance, and operational effectiveness. The position also includes user support, process documentation, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives tied to procurement transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Data Cleansing & Validation
• Review, cleanse, and validate contract records within CLM systems
• Identify and resolve missing, incomplete, or inaccurate contract data and metadata
• Address issues related to missing documentation, signatures, ownership data, supplier information, and contract timelines
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders to collect and verify required information
• Ensure contracts meet internal quality standards for reporting and compliance
Procurement Systems User Support
• Provide day-to-day support for procurement systems, including source-to-contract tools, reporting platforms, supplier management systems, and internal collaboration tools
• Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed
• Guide users on system workflows, data standards, and best practices
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Process Documentation & Enablement
• Create and maintain process documentation, job aids, and training materials
• Support system testing, validation, and enhancement initiatives
• Identify recurring issues and process gaps to support continuous improvement
• Contribute to procurement operations and system optimization efforts
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience working across multiple enterprise systems and tools
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies
• Ability to analyze, cleanse, and report on data
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently
• Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams
Technical Skills
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., CLM platforms, SAP, or similar tools)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supplier management processes
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Service-oriented mindset with strong user support focus

Work Environment
